My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing overall. While the location is very convenient for shopping at Gariahat market, the cleanliness and service left much to be desired. The rooms, although reasonably priced, had issues like non-working lights and dirtiness. The staff were very rude, which added to the negative experience.
